- Candidates seeking admission to Nursery Class should have completed 3 years as on the 1st of April of that academic year. In support of the Date of Birth entered in the School Admission Form, Birth Certificate should be submitted from the Nagar Palika/Church/Registrar of Birth & Death along with the School registration Form. Affidavits and Private Maternity Hospital Certificates are not accepted.

- Admission will be granted, based on the result of the interview/test, depending on the number of seats available in
the class concerned. Parents/Guardians should not put undue pressure on the Principal for admission through recommendations, donations or through any another source.
- A student cannot be admitted into the school without the Transfer Certificate from the School last attended.
- Transfer Certificate of pupil joining from a school outside Ramnagar District must be counter signed by the Educational Authorities of the District in which the previous school is situated.
