Recommendations to Parents

 

  • Parents/Guardian is expected to play their role by enforcing regularities and discipline and see that their children/wards prepare their lessons daily.
  • Politeness, Courtesy of Speech and Conduct should be maintained while interviewing the Principal and School staff.
  • Criticism of any pupil's teachers and the school in his /her presence should be studiously avoided for it causes the child to lose his/her respect for the teacher or school. Should you have a legitimate complaint, see the Principal without fear of reappraisal rather than seek assistance of media and local political leaders.
  • When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to mention the name, standard and section of their student concerned.
  • The exams whether practical, written or oral shall be conducted on the stipulated dates only.
  • Parents are requested not to enter the class rooms much less ask their servants to do so. Any dealing with teachers must be conducted through the Principal alone.
  • Parents are strictly forbidden to see their children or interview the teachers during school hours. Members of the staff may be interviewed (with the permission of the Principal only) on special appointment when they are off duty.
  • In order to avoid any sort of inconvenience parents are expected to sign the principal's/teacher's remarks noted in the diary.
  • No half-day leave shall be granted without any serious reason. Withdrawal of your child from classes for mere social function is not recommended as it retards the child's progress in school and minimises his/her respect for regular attendance. Hard work and thereby consequent failure to progress in his/her studies.
  • English being the medium of instruction in this school your children should be helped to follow the classes easily and intelligently by a certain amount of regular English Conversation at home.
  • Parents are requested to take away their children within 15 minutes after the school is closed.
  • All Parents must take care of the health of their children. Making them rough & tough in order to face every kind of climate and situation is the primary duty of the parents. Extreme care must be taken of the food habits by providing homemade food only. Sending children to school empty stomach will make them delicate and incapable to concentrate on studies and other physical activities. Fast Food is strictly prohibited in the school campus as per CBSE Norms.
  • Parents must hand over the tiffin box positively to their children while sending them to school. It will not be delivered to students in classrooms by school workers during school hours.
